Canada's 20th Prime Minister, Jean Chrétien, shares more than holding Canada's top political job with Sir John A. Macdonald. It is also interesting to note that Chrétien, a Liberal, also celebrates his birthday the same day Sir John A. did, January 11. Chrétien served as Prime Minister from 1993 until 2003. As one of the Honourary chairs of Kingston's Macdonald bicentennial commemoration, Chrétien also graciously recorded the City of Kingston's In Sir John A.'s Footsteps walking tour.
